A podcast is a series of digital-media files, which are distributed over the Internet using syndication feeds for playback on portable media players and computers. The term podcast, like broadcast, can refer either to the series of content itself or to the method by which it is syndicated.

The general science fiction podcasts Edit

Sci-Fi Talk is a science fiction show. The Sci Fi Guys interview generally in each episode someone from the Science Fiction television universe and comments the last related news.

The episode comments podcasts Edit

In 2008 two podcasts series are released. The both come back on the Stargate episodes to discuss, critic and comments them. The 5th Race Podcast was the first, appearing in March 2008 and talking about the Stargate SG-1 episodes from the beginning. This show is still presented by Tim Phillips and Justin Nolan and aired each Tuesday. In July 2008, the reference in Stargte fan site, GateWorld launch is own show: GateWorld Podcast. Its also aired each week and comment the last televised Stargate Atlantis episode but discuss also the Stargate news. Darren Sumner, founder of GateWorld and David Read are the animators.
